API Terms of Service

By using the GaggleAMP application programming interface (API) you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "API Terms of Use"), which GaggleAMP Inc. may change at any time. Please review these terms and conditions periodically. Please read these terms of service ("API ToS") carefully before using the API. By using or accessing the API, you agree to become bound by all the terms and conditions of this API ToS as well as the GaggleAMP Terms of Use and the GaggleAMP Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of these terms and policies, do not use the API.

You also agree to the following terms:

1. You agree to act as an honest partner and as an extension of the GaggleAMP functionality, provide ethical and proper use of the API.
2. You agree to maintain all confidential information including consumer keys, user tokens, and any other method of access to the API.
3. GaggleAMP Inc. can change the API or this Agreement at any time.
4. Using the API does not give you permission to use the GaggleAMP brand, word marks, trademarks or logos unless they are made available to you via the application such as approved badges and icons. Other uses will need explicit written permission from GaggleAMP Inc.
5. Re-sale, licensing, disclosure or transfer of the metadata and/or data retrieved from GaggleAMP APIs is not permitted without explicit written permission from GaggleAMP.
6. GaggleAMP makes no guarantees as to availability of the API.
7. GaggleAMP reserves the right to inspect and audit the use of the API.
8. GaggleAMP can suspend or terminate your API Client key at any time without notice for any reason deemed appropriate by GaggleAMP Inc.
